Questions

Answered before you have to ask.

01

The marketplace already verified the revenue. What is left to check?

It verified revenue. It did not verify margin — and you are paying a multiple of revenue while the professional market pays a multiple of profit. Those are different denominators. A business at $28,800 of annual revenue is a 2.2× purchase at a 70% margin and a 7.8× purchase at 20%, at the same asking price. Nothing in the listing tells you which one you are looking at.

02

€690 is a lot of money.

On a $30,000 acquisition it is about two per cent of the transaction. The comparison that matters is not against zero, it is against the cost of being wrong about the other 98 per cent — either the report supports the asking price and you buy with a documented basis, or it finds issues that are the standard lever for moving a price.

03

How do I know you are any good?

Read the published teardowns. They are full analyses of real listings with the arithmetic shown rather than summarised, which is a far better test than anything I could say about myself here. If the work is not convincing, do not hire me.

04

Why is there no discovery call?

Because a call before a price is a sales process, and it costs you a week. The €390 scan is the better version of that conversation: it is cheap enough to be a quick decision, it arrives in 48 hours, and it answers a real question rather than qualifying you. Deal Support includes a call, after delivery, when there is something to talk about.

05

What if the seller will not share their data?

Then the €390 scan is your tier — it runs on public data alone and asks the seller for nothing. And a seller who declines to answer a specific, ordinary question about churn or costs has told you something worth knowing. That refusal appears in the report as a finding, not as a gap.

06

What kinds of business do you cover?

SaaS and ecommerce or Shopify businesses, which between them are the majority of what actually trades in this size band. Apps, newsletters and AI tools are not a focus but are not excluded — send the listing and I will tell you plainly if it is outside what I can do well.

07

How fast is it, really?

48 hours for the scan, from payment. 5 days for full diligence and 7–10 days for deal support, both from the moment the seller's data arrives complete. The clock does not run while a seller sits on a data request, because that would make their silence into your missed deadline.

08

Is this an audit?

No, and it does not claim to be. It is a buy-side reconstruction from the data available — public sources plus whatever the seller supplies — with every figure attributed to where it came from. Nothing here is certified or attested, and no report tells you to buy or to walk. It tells you what the asset earns and what remains unknown.

09

Will you work with the seller too?

Never on the same business — not on this deal, not later, not under a new owner. A report the seller commissioned is worth less to a buyer, and that has to be true of every report or it is true of none.

10

Can I share the report with my lender or my partner?

Yes. It is written to be read by someone who was not in the conversation, which is most of the reason it is a document rather than a call.
