KickTire is run by Clara Arce — audit at PwC, then analyst at a private debt fund, then M&A. The arithmetic those jobs run on large companies, pointed at businesses small enough that nobody else bothers.
No team, nothing subcontracted, no associate writing the first draft. The report comes from the person who did the work — which is why it arrives in days rather than weeks, and why the price is on the site instead of behind a call.
The practice is deliberately narrow: SaaS and ecommerce, under $100k, buy-side only. Narrow is what makes it fast, and it is what makes the twentieth report better than the first — the same nine sections, on the same kind of business, until the patterns are obvious.
What this is, and what it is not.
The activity is corporate finance advisory, freely exercised, established in France and serving buyers worldwide. It is not accountancy and it is not an audit practice. Nothing issued here certifies, audits or attests to anything, and no report makes a recommendation about your finances — that is your decision, and a document that made it for you would be both a worse document and a different regulated activity.
What a report does is reconstruct what a business earns from the data actually available, attribute every figure to where it came from, and say plainly what the data could not reach. The last part is not a disclaimer. It is the section that tells you what you are still exposed to.
Being outside France is not an obstacle to working together — most buyers in this market are somewhere else too. Everything is delivered in writing, in English, and nothing in the process needs a shared time zone.
